How much do mortage companies charge to reinstate mortage loans?

My home is in foreclosure the sheriff sale is in 3 weeks. W e contacted the mortage company and they said to call in 3 days with all of our bill amounts and to be as accurate as possible, and we have to pay to have our mortage reinstated. Does anyone know how much that can cost

Nope , it is not universal and all companys are different. It will be determined by many, many factors. So, get in touch with them again so that you can straighten this out.

You need only to pay some late payment charges and some legal charges. Negotiate with the bank on those charges.
