If you assume the mortgage on a house is it possible for the previous owners to take back the house?

We recently assumed the mortage on my grandmothers house in October and have been paying everything since, but now my aunt who is executor of the estate is saying she thinks she made a mistake. Please note, we legally assumed the mortgage through the mortgage company. Should we worry about my aunt?

Where can a report a deceptive mortgage practice?
Posted on February 2nd, 2011 4 commentsHappy Customer asked:
Our mortgage lender, Bank of America, switched our mortgage documents before our closing. We were not given the mortage terms we had negotiated and were promised.
Does anyone know of a Federal Agency, or state agency in Florida, that we can report this fraudulent behavior to?

What are my options if I would like to sell my home but have an underwater mortgage?
Posted on January 23rd, 2011 3 commentsDee asked:
I live in Baltimore and desperately want to get out of the city. However, due to the housing crisis, I believe that I am currently underwater in my mortage. If I sell my home for less than my current mortgage, what are my options? I am not interested in a short-sale.
